Helleborus Orientalis ‘Queens Pink’

New to our range since 2024: Helleborus. A wide range of colors and shapes. Helleborus Orientalis ‘Queens’ are planted on 5,000 m² in our greenhouse. The plants were sown in spring 2022. The seeds germinated in autumn 2022, and the plants are now 3 years old.

The Helleborus is a refined and exclusive cut flower that brings elegance and depth to winter and early spring arrangements. With its colorful petals and subtle yellow-green center, this flower exudes understated luxury. A perfect choice for those who appreciate natural beauty with character. Each helleborus flower is unique. The flowers open slowly and subtly change color as they mature, creating a natural effect in the vase.

For optimal vase life, cut the stems and then split them in two with a sharp knife. Place the flowers immediately in clean, cold water with a solution such as Chrysal. A cool location significantly extends the flowering period.

Helleborus Orientalis is propagated by seed. Therefore, the selection includes a collection of various shades of pink. Some stems may be slightly lighter in color than others. Available at the FloraHolland auction from November through May. The supplier is Sjaak van der Hulst Rozenkwekerij bv.
